Stay and Rooms
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
How many rooms does the resort have?
There are 72 rooms and suites: 16 Deluxe Rooms, 16 Super Deluxe Rooms, 31 Premium Rooms, and 9 Suites.
What is the maximum occupancy of a room?
A room takes up to 3 guests. Without an extra bed, a room is set for 2 guests. Extra beds are chargeable.
Which rooms have a bathtub?
Premium Rooms and Suites have a bathtub.
Does every room have outdoor space?
Yes. Deluxe Rooms have a private balcony, and Super Deluxe Rooms, Premium Rooms, and Suites have a private sit-out.
Are smoking rooms available?
Smoking rooms are available on request.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Wi-Fi is complimentary and available 24 hours a day.
Is the resort pet-friendly?
Yes, the resort is pet-friendly.

Children and Policies
What is the child policy?
Children below 8 stay complimentary when sharing a bed with their parents.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in are free. Within 15 days of check-in, 1 night is retained. Within 24 hours of arrival, or for a no-show, there is no refund.
Which cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees per room, per night, and government taxes are extra.

Where can I eat at the resort?
There are 3 venues: Myra, a multi-cuisine restaurant with a terrace; Liquid Lounge, the bar; and Ambar, for pool-side dining.
Is alcohol served?
Alcohol is served at Myra, Liquid Lounge, and Ambar, subject to government dry-day notifications.
When is the bar open?
Liquid Lounge opens at 11:00 AM.
Is in-room dining available?
Yes, in-room dining is available 24 hours a day.

What are the swimming pool timings?
The pools are open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Is the pool heated?
The outdoor pool that faces the city is temperature-controlled and has a Jacuzzi.
When does the spa open?
Sansha, our spa, is open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do you have a gym?
Yes, there is a fitness centre at the resort, and it is open 24 hours.
What is there for children to do?
There is a Kids Club, an indoor and outdoor play area (indoor 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, outdoor 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM), a magic show, and games such as carrom, table tennis, and chess.
Can I charge an electric vehicle?
Yes. EV charging is available at a charge.

How far is the resort from the airport?
Maharana Pratap Airport is ~27.5 km from the resort.
How far is the railway station?
Udaipur City Railway Station is ~6.5 km away.
Do you arrange transfers?
Yes. Airport transfers are by private taxi and are chargeable. Railway station transfers are also offered.
Is parking available?
Valet parking is complimentary. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

How many guests can you host for a wedding?
We plan for weddings of 150 to 300 guests. Our largest venue, Sajjan Terrace, holds up to 1,000 guests.
Which is your largest banquet hall?
Panghat is the largest hall at 4,558 sq. ft., for up to 500 guests.
Do you have outdoor wedding venues?
Yes. They include Sajjan Terrace on the rooftop, Monsoon Deck, Ambar by the pool, and Rock Garden.
